Water supply services

If you are moving to another city or returning to your country, please do not forget to make the necessary procedures such as the cancellation of water services. Applications for water supply start or cancellation can also be done by telephone or e-mail.

Request
The request for start or cancellation of services will be accepted from 1 week to 3 days before the desired date, except on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays.

Information needed when you contact us
When requesting the start of water supply service
1) The day to start the service
2) Your address
3) The building's name & room number
4) Name of the person who will use the service
5) Telephone number
6) Person in charge of paying the bill
7) Present address

In case of cancellation of water supply service
1) The day of cancellation of the service
2) Customer’s number (it is written in the consumption report or in the bill )
3) Address
4) The building’s name & room number
5) Person who is using the service (…..)
6) The new address
7) The new telephone number

Attention
When requesting the start or cancellation of water service, please make sure that all faucets of your house are closed.
Payment of the bill

By payment slip
The payment slip will be sent to your house by mail on the month following the month of meter reading. You can pay the bill at any financial institution or at the closest convenience store until the last day of the month. In December, due to the year-end holidays, please pay the bill until the 25th.

Automatic bank transfer
The respective amount will be automatically deducted from your bank account in the end of the month following the reading of the meter (When it is a National Holiday, the following business day)

How to apply for an automatic bank transfer
You can request an automatic bank transfer by filling out the postcard that is available at the doorpost of the City Hall. Please read carefully the instructions, sign and send it back to the Fee’s Division (Ryokinka). You can also go directly to a financial institution and request for the automatic bank transfer. Applications forms are available at any financial institution.
Necessary documents when applying directly at a financial institution:
- Bankbook and the personal seal (the same you stamped your bank note)
- If you want to apply for an automatic discount, you also need to present a document which contains your address and customer number (consumption report or in the bill).
