What is a Public Hall (“Kouryukan”)?
The Public Hall’ s formal name is “Toyota City Lifelong Learning Center”. These institutions aims at promoting learning opportunities for citizens and deepening exchange activities

Opening Hours
From 9am to 9pm (The “Books Corner” however, is opened only until 8pm)

Closed Days
Every Mondays (except on National Holidays)
Year-End Holiday (from December 28 to January 4 of the following year)

Utilization of Facilities
- In order to use the facilities such as meeting rooms, it is necessary to make reservations in advance.
- The application can be made one month before the day of utilization.
- Once it is approved, a “permission of utilization” will be issued. On the day of utilization of the facility, please bring along this document and present it at the information desk.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation or change in dates, please contact us immediately and make the necessary procedures.

Utilization Fees
A fee will be charged for the utilization of facilities.
The facilities’ utilization fee varies depending on the facility or public hall. Please check in advance the homepage of each Public Hall.

Request
-After utilizing the facilities, please fill out and submit the “Utilization Report”.
- There are no tea bags, dish clothes etc. available at the Centers. Please bring them when using Centers.
- Please clean the facility and do not forget to turn off the lights, the air conditioner, gas tap, etc.
- For emergencies, check the emergency exit and fire extinguishers' localization.
- Smoking is not allowed in all rooms. Please smoke only in the pre-determined places.
