Applications for the “After-School Program” (Hokago) – Fiscal year 23
Eligibility: 1st to 3rd grade Elementary school students (children born from April 2, 2002 to April 1, 2005). Enrollment requirements: (1) children whose parents/guardians are not able to look after them at home due to work; (2) other situations due to plausible reasons in which parents/guardians are not able to look after their children. Attendance: after the ending of school classes until 6:30 pm (during make-up holidays, spring/winter/summer vacations, holidays: from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm). Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, May 3 to May 5 and year-end holidays. Fees: 5,500 yen per month (In August and other long vacations, fees are different from the regular ones). Enrollment will not be allowed if the child or his/her siblings have ever joined the club and there are still tuition fees in arrears. Application forms: will be distributed from December 1 (Wed) at the “After-school program”, at the Next Generation Development Division, Fujioka & Asuke Branch Offices. Pre-school children currently attending Kodomoen or private kindergartens, applications forms will be distributed in the beginning of December (only for Toyota, Fujioka and Asuke regions). Submission of application forms: (1) children applying for the first-time: from December 13 (Mon) to 28 (Tue) at each institution; (2) children already attending the program: application forms will be distributed in the beginning of December. Please follow the instructor’s orientation for application procedures. Applications at the Next Generation Development Division, Fujioka and Asuke Branch Offices will be from December 1 (Wed) to 28 (Tue). After the definition of vacancies for students up to the 3rd grade, if there are vacancies, students from 4th grade of Elementary school are allowed to attend. Application period: next year from February 1 (Tue) to 7 (Mon). Charity bazaar to support Japanese descendant residents
This bazaar aims at gathering funds to support activities for Japanese descendant residents. There will be sale of goods and also a fund-raising campaign. Date: December 18 (Sat) from 10 am to 1 pm. Place: Toyota Stadium (south concourse). Information: Toyota Stadium. Tel.: (0565) 87 - 5200 (in Japanese). The Toyota Stadium is currently receiving goods for the bazaar and contributions. TIA National Day: Austria

The Toyota Junior Orchestra will make a musical performance and show videos about the charming capital of music: Vienna. Date: December 19 (Sun) from 2 pm to 3 pm. Place: Toyota Global Square.
