New Year’s Fire Department Review
Date: January 9, 2011 (Sun) from 9 am to 10:20 am. On this date, visitors will be able to watch many attractions such as review of troops, march-past, Japanese firefighting acrobats on bamboo ladders, demonstration of rescue activities and fire extinguishing with water cannons among others. Place: baseball field of Hirahama Koen. Partipants: Fire department officials, Volunteer fire fighters, Woman firefighters group, Juvenile Fire Club, Fire Department Musical Band, Himawari Fairies Color Guard, Toyota Motor Corporation. Applications for the Miwa Municipal Housing
Location: Miwa-cho 2 - 3. Eligibility: applicants should meet all the following conditions: (1) be residing or working in Toyota City; (2) do not posses any housing; (3) have no default in payment of municipal taxes; (4) meet the income limitations; (5) do not be a member of organized crime group. Distribution of application forms: from December 27 (Mon) at the Public Housing Division (West Buildin g – 5F). Period of application: from January 17, 2011 (Mon) to January 24, 2011 (Mon) Public lottery: January 28, 2011 (Fri). Move-in date: April 1, 2011. Important remark: those who are already in the waiting list for municipal housing should cancel their application to participate in this lottery. Romanian Home Cuisine taught in English
On this event participants will have opportunity to learn how to prepare Romanian home cuisine and have a cheerful talk with the instructor. Date: January 22, 2011 (Sat) from 11 am to 2:30 pm.
