We are looking for e-monitors!

What is the e-monitor system?

This is a system where Toyota City has a number of citizens registered as “e-monitors,” who will then be asked to complete questionnaires we provide through the internet and e-mail using their own personal computers.
The purpose of the system is to catch up with “current” viewpoints of our citizens and to have our city government administration swiftly reflect them.
This time we are recruiting non-Japanese monitors as a trial project.

E-monitor system procedure

  1. Those who are interested in participating in the system apply to become an e-monitor.
  2. After selection e-monitors are registered.
  3. We will inform the e-monitors that the questionnaire will be sent to them via e-mail for completion.
  4. Following instructions given in the e-mail send out, e-monitors complete the questionnaire survey form on our website, by the deadline.
  5. After the closing date reward fee will be transferred into the bank account or its equivalent of each e-monitor who filled out the questionnaire. (about one month later)
